We are going to take a ride and the driver will not always be the same. "Thank goodness" we hear you say, "this one is a speed freak!"
We want you all to have the courage to hop on the bus help us to navigate to our destination and don't be afraid to say when you need a potty stop or just a wee break for a rest. The road will not always be smooth. There will be some hills to climb but then we will have fun screaming down the other side. We will even have time to stop at a few of the locals to celebrate our successes or commiserate over some of the challenges (yes there will be plenty of those!).
It is going to be a journey that will take up to three years so be prepared to be a little older than when you started but you will be a little wiser as the pay off. Just take comfort in the wise words of Rachel "it won't happen overnight ..but it will happen." Rest assured that we will see results in the positive behaviour culture of our school. Happy kids=happy teachers and happy parents.So who can argue with that?
